Harper Grey lawyer, Jackson Doyle, has been named Law & Policy Liaison of the CBABC Administrative Law Section.
This section liaises regularly with the Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals. Their mandate includes legislation that confers judicial or rulemaking powers on public officials, the administration of such legislation, administrative tribunal jurisdiction, procedure and organization, practice of lawyers before administrative tribunals, legal practice relating to government, and judicial review of the exercise of administrative powers.
