Cen Yang

Cen maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on complex commercial disputes.

She has experience in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, creditor/debtor remedies, real estate and strata disputes, commercial leases, and construction litigation.

Cen has successfully represented clients before all levels of court in British Columbia. Whether inside or outside the courtroom, she prides herself on achieving the best possible results for her clients.

Cen is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Active in the legal community, Cen serves as a director on the board of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers BC. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and exploring Vancouver’s culinary scene.
