Cameron Elder receives Benchmark Canada® 2019 “Future Star” ranking

Harper Grey partner, Cameron Elder, was recently ranked by Benchmark Canada® 2019 as a Future Star in recognition of developing a niche in construction and engineering law. Cameron received very positive acknowledgement during the research phase of the process, with one client enthusing that Cam is “a very knowledgeable lawyer and I trust his assessment and strategy plans to bring the matter to a close.”
Cameron is the chair of our Construction & Engineering Law group and focuses his practice in this area on defending engineers and architects against error and omissions claims, and advising on risk management, including contracts, insurance, and pre-litigation dispute resolution. He has over a decade of experience defending construction defect and delay claims and has acted for architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers and geotechnical engineers, among others. He has particular expertise dealing with geotechnical claims arising out of erosion, differential settlement, landslides, and drainage.
