Harper Grey lawyers, Michael Hewitt and Drummond Lambert, recently co-authored an article discussing British Columbia’s new Arbitration Act. The article, titled “One More Reason to Arbitrate: BC’s New Arbitration Act,” outlines the enhanced new features included in the Act and how they increase the attractiveness of using arbitration for the fast and simple resolution of many disputes.

Arbitration has become an increasingly popular method for resolving legal disputes traditionally dealt with through the court system and is known to be an efficient and capable way of delivering final results to litigants.
