Jonathan Meadows and Daniel Reid’s recent article “The Sharing Economy – Regulation and Insurance” discusses the important questions about regulation and insurance raised by the growth of Uber, Lyft, Airbnb, VRBO and other ride-sharing or home-sharing platforms.
