Harper Grey lawyer, Steven Abramson, was recently interviewed by Canadian Lawyer Magazine regarding the BC Court of Appeal decision in Nagy vs. BCAA Insurance Corporation. This case was interesting because the appeal court ordered a retrial of the case, saying the trial judge had made overriding errors in fact and law.

Steven provided commentary regarding the case, asserting “proving fraud by omission is very difficult – you have to prove that you left something out on purpose because you were trying to deceive [them].”
