Mental Health Week
May 3-9, 2021 is Mental Health Week in Canada and brings our attention to the importance of reducing the stigma around mental health and promoting conversations about personal well-being.
Each day this week, our HR team circulated a variety of resources and meaningful activities aimed at promoting and maintaining good mental health. The team touched on mindfulness, exercise, sharing, the importance of connection and providing support to others.
This week serves as a reminder of how important it is to continue keeping wellness top of mind.
