Team Building through Theatre Sports

Harper Grey’s Culture Club organized a series of team building sessions for the firm through Vancouver TheatreSports. Sessions were open to lawyers, staff and students and provided a collaborative experience through a series of improv-based activities.

For over 15 years Vancouver TheatreSports has worked with organizations of all sizes throughout North America, including many law firms, in the areas of increasing collaboration and communication, building stronger teams, creating healthier workplace environments and unleashing a team’s creativity. Using the concepts of what makes for successful improv, these interactive sessions deliver a lot of laughter and fun with colleagues, but also a template and techniques a team will use to communicate, collaborate and support each other at a higher level. It’s all about new ideas, nurturing those ideas and engaging within an environment where contributing is encouraged and risk-taking is embraced.
