- What’s your workout essential?
A really good pair of runners – even though I don’t run! I bought cheap runners once and never again. - What’s your favourite way to stay fit?
Walking. I don’t enjoy working out in the traditional sense but I love walking so that is my primary form of exercise. - Are you competitive?
Not really – certainly not when it comes to exercise because I know I’m not as fit as a lot of other people so I am always happy with what I can achieve. - When do you like to work out?
I like to walk at lunchtime to give myself a break from the office. In the summer evenings I also like walking with my sister and best friend. - What is your favourite music to listen to while you work out?
Due to some ear issues I can’t wear earbuds for a long period of time so I rarely listen to music when I am walking. Also I am usually walking with someone so I tend to talk while I walk. - What is your favourite piece of workout gear?
Definitely the sports bra! So much more comfortable to walk in so I don’t have to worry about straps falling down!
