- What’s your workout essential?
Water bottle, sweat towel, grippy socks for Barre classes, boxing gloves, protein bar.
- What’s your favourite way to stay fit?
Barre classes, boxing and hiking.
- Are you competitive?
Sometimes, I’m mostly competitive with myself. I always want to do better than I did the day before.
- When do you like to work out?
Anytime of the day as long as I’m moving.
- What is your favourite music to listen to while you work out?
I usually tone out when working out and don’t pay much attention to the song that is playing, so I could listen to any song as long as it’s an upbeat song.
- What is your favourite piece of workout gear?
Grippy socks for Barre classes and boxing gloves.
