- What’s your workout essential?
Currently I’m obsessing about my newly purchased running shoes. They are so comfortable, it feels like I am running on clouds. - What’s your favourite way to stay fit?
I like to dip my toes in a number of different things. I’m a member at a gym but also go to classes around the city and enjoy everything from spinning to kick boxing. When the weather is nice, I like to take my work out outside and run on the Seawall or go hiking on the North Shore. - Are you competitive?
Yes – which is probably one of the reasons I enjoy going to work out classes. When I see other people excelling, I want to be at their level. - When do you like to work out?
I’m definitely a morning person, so I like hitting the gym before work. I shower and get ready at the gym – hence the flip flops and small arsenal of toiletry products. - What is your favourite music to listen to while you work out?
My gym playlist is all over the map – it includes everything from Shania Twain to Eminem. - What is your favourite piece of workout gear?
Probably my water bottle. It was a Christmas gift from a friend and is so insulated it keeps water ice cold for hours.
