On Monday, November 28, 2016, Harper Grey and PwC co-hosted an Angel Forum Equity Compensation Workshop. The workshop was aimed at investors and companies and gave attendees the opportunity to learn more about equity compensation for their employees – a complex and often misunderstood topic. Steven Lukas, Associate Counsel at Harper Grey, presented on “Selected Business and Legal Issues in Structuring an ESOP.” Jason Cheng, partner at PwC, and Joanne Sun, Senior Tax Manager at PwC, spoke on “Equity Compensation.”
