In this seminar attendees will learn:
- Good charting practices and strategies to enhance patient safety and avoid regulatory and medical-legal criticism;
- How to respond to ICBC requests for release of patient records; and
- How to respond to report requests and what reports should and should not include.
This seminar will equip health care professionals with the knowledge needed to simplify their practices with respect to record keeping and writing reports.
