Harper Grey real estate lawyer, Michael Drouillard, exhibited at the Manufactured Home Park Owners Alliance of British Columbia (MHPOABC) Annual General Meeting held on October 5, 2019. The meeting was hosted at the Sandman Hotel and Suites in Abbotsford and focused on various topics regarding the ownership and operation of manufactured home parks in BC.

Michael has specific expertise in this niche area of law and recently co-authored a comprehensive legal reference guide titled “The Law of the Ownership and Occupation of Manufactured Homes and Manufactured Home Parks in British Columbia.” The reference guide discusses relevant statutes applicable to manufactured homes, policy guidelines of the Residential Tenancy Branch (which regulates manufactured home tenancies) and case law.
