Alicia is a civil litigation associate with Harper Grey with a practice focused on Health and Insurance Law.
Alicia assists insurance clients with a variety of litigation defence matters, handling an array of cases involving bodily injury and property loss. She has a particular interest in bodily injury defence and has represented a wide range of clients including homeowners, restaurant chains, retail businesses, grocery stores, and small businesses. She also represents manufacturers and distributors in product liability cases.
In her health law practice, Alicia represents physicians in both regulatory and civil litigation matters.
Alicia has appeared before the British Columbia Provincial Court and Supreme Court. She also has experience assisting clients with matters before the Civil Resolution Tribunal.
Alicia is a contributor to the Harper Grey Insurance Netletter.
