Aman maintains a broad practice focused on health, insurance, privacy, and media law.
Aman has a broad civil litigation practice in medical defence, with a focus on professional lability, medical malpractice, and regulatory matters. Aman advises health professionals on registration issues and disciplinary investigations before their regulatory bodies.
Aman’s insurance practice is focused on professional liability, product liability, personal injury claims, and subrogated claims.
Aman has appeared before the British Columbia Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and Provincial Court. She has experience with chambers proceedings, hearings, and trial. She has successfully represented clients in a full range of litigation matters and has resolved matters through formal and informal mediation.
Aman is passionate about giving back to the community and generously gives her time to various organizations, including Access Pro Bono.
Outside of work, Aman has a passion for travel. During law school, she completed an exchange program at Lyon Catholic University Faculty of Law in Lyon, France.
Aman is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
