Angelina is known for her positive demeanor and innovative approach to files.
Biography
As a member of our business law group, Angelina supports senior lawyers on a wide range of business matters and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private and public financings, shareholder matters, and real estate transactions involving buying, selling and leasing.
Angelina has spent her entire legal career at Harper Grey, articling with the firm before being brought on as an associate in 2023. Originally from England, she completed her L.L.B. at the University of Essex in 2013. Angelina received her National Committee on Accreditation Certificate in 2022 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2023.
When she’s not at the office, Angelina spends her time skiing, mountain biking and taking part in other thrill-seeking activities.
