Angelina is an associate practicing with our business law group.
Angelina articled with Harper Grey in 2022 before being brought on as an associate in 2023. Originally from England, she completed her L.L.B. at the University of Essex in 2013. Angelina received her National Committee on Accreditation Certificate in 2022 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2023.
In her current capacity, Angelina assists the senior members of the business law group on a range of business matters, commercial transactions, corporate governance, financings, shareholder matters, partnerships and real estate transactions involving buying, selling, and leasing.
When she’s not at the office, Angelina spends her time skiing, mountain biking and taking part in other thrill-seeking activities.
