Charleen Sibanda

Charleen has established a reputation for herself based on honest and straightforward communication.
Charleen is an associate in our Business Law Practice Group. She assists businesses on a variety of corporate/commercial legal needs related to business entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, private and public financings, corporate governance, and shareholder matters.
Charleen also assists individuals in their unique estate planning needs, advising on wills, trusts, incapacity planning and other tools to minimize taxes on death and to effectively provide for beneficiaries. She also advises executors and administrators on probate and estate administration matters.
Prior to joining Harper Grey, Charleen articled with a local boutique business law firm. She also previously worked as a Legal Intern at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
Outside of the office, you can find Charleen recording music or contributing to her growing collection of short stories. She has proudly published two articles with the CBC, which you can explore here and here.
