Dionne is an associate in the firm’s Health and Insurance Law Groups.
Dionne advises and represents clients on a variety of matters relating to professional liability, personal injury, human rights, contract, property damage, administrative law, and other dispute resolution matters. Her health law practice involves defending and advising physicians. Her insurance practice involves defending against liability claims in a wide range of contexts. Her aviation practice includes assisting airports and air carriers with customer claims, assisting aviation companies with aircraft damage and contract claims, and engaging with forum issues.
Dionne is called to the bar in British Columbia and the Yukon Territory. She has appeared before the British Columbia Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal. She has also appeared before the Yukon Small Claims Court. She has experience with chambers proceedings, hearings, and trial. She also has experience with alternative dispute resolution mediums.
Dionne is currently a coach for the University of British Columbia team for the Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Dionne also writes for the Insurance Law Netletter for LexisNexis.
