Emma is an associate practicing with our commercial litigation group.
Emma joined Harper Grey in 2021 as an articling student before transitioning to her current role as associate in 2022. She received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Victoria, in 2018 and 2021 respectively. Emma was called to the BC Bar in 2022.
A top student during her tenure at law school, Emma was the recipient of both the Stikeman Elliot Prize in Contracts and the Acheson Sweeney Foley Sahota LLP Prize in Torts in 2019.
In her current role, Emma assists senior counsel of our commercial litigation groups with a variety of issues, including representing clients in complex shareholder, contractual, and professional liability disputes.
