Kinsey maintains a broad practice focused on commercial litigation, health law and environmental law.
Kinsey has a broad civil litigation practice representing clients across a number of areas including environmental contamination and regulation, corporate and directors’ misconduct, property disputes, and municipal law. Kinsey also has experience with Aboriginal law, working alongside senior lawyers to help clients advance land claims with the Specific Claims Branch.
In her health law practice, Kinsey assists and advises physicians with medical negligence litigation and regulatory matters.
Kinsey has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Provincial Court.
