Kirsten is an associate with Harper Grey practicing with our Commercial Litigation, Securities, and Family Law Groups.
In Kirsten’s commercial litigation practice, she represents individuals and businesses involved in a wide array of commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, oppression remedy claims, breach of contract, misrepresentation, professional liability, judicial reviews, and real estate claims.
For Kirsten’s securities litigation practice, she advises clients engaged in disputes involving shareholders, regulatory matters before the British Columbia Securities Commission and Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, and securities class actions.
Kirsten’s family law practice touches on various areas that arise for couples as they navigate the formation or breakdown of their relationship. These areas include drafting marriage agreements, drafting separation agreements, and preparing for alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and arbitration. For cases with assets and business interests, she helps with complex financial issues, business valuations, and challenges from third parties.
Kirsten has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia.
