Raj maintains a busy and complex practice focused on medical malpractice and insurance litigation. His experience includes advising physicians in various situations, including audit procedures, coroner’s inquests, and various other medical-legal matters.
Raj also maintains a fulsome regulatory practice, providing advice and assistance to professionals in their dealings with governance issues, ethical obligations and responsibilities, and represent them before a wide range of regulatory bodies.
A sought-after speaker, Raj routinely presents to medical professionals on relevant topics. He presents annually to cardiologist and cardiology residents on the topic of medical legal issues. Raj is also a former adjunct professor and tutor at the University of British Columbia.
