Corinne is a passionate people leader, financial strategist, and innovator.

Biography

With nearly twenty years of experience leading organizations in Canada and abroad, Corinne attributes her success to engaging stakeholders with meaningful insights, creating a strong vision, developing a coaching culture, and inclusive decision-making. She has a passion for evolving organizations from a transaction-based to a value-added strategic focus; and employs big picture thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and creates an atmosphere for long-term growth and sustainability.

Prior to joining Harper Grey, Corinne served as an executive with the British Columbia Real Estate Association. She articled in audit with Ernst & Young LLP and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She continually seeks professional growth and encourages the same to be pursued by her management team and the firm generally. Corinne attended executive leadership programs at Harvard University – Program on Negotiation and MIT Sloan School of Management. She also obtained her MBA in 2019. With a keen interest in governance, she completed her Chartered Director designation in 2016.

Passionate about community involvement, Corinne currently serves as the Board Chair of the Jane Goodall Institute of Canada; the Past Chair of the Canadian Association Executive’s Committee; and previously served in governance roles with the Girl Guides of Canada. She has been extensively involved in industry advisory committees and national oversight roles.

Corinne was the recipient of a BIV Forty Under 40 award in recognition of her demonstrated excellence in business, judgment, leadership, and community contribution.
Corinne is an outdoor enthusiast, passionate about the conservation of wildlife, and has traveled the world to see and photograph animals in their natural habitat.
