Corinne joined Harper Grey in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer.
Corinne is a passionate people leader, finance strategist and innovator. With a passion for evolving organizations from a transaction-based to a value-added strategic focus; she employs big picture thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and creates an atmosphere for long-term growth and sustainability. She attributes her success to engaging stakeholders with meaningful insights, creating a strong vision, developing a coaching culture, and inclusive decision-making.
Corinne comes to Harper Grey with more than 15 years’ experience in Canada, and abroad. She most recently served as an executive with the British Columbia Real Estate Association. She articled in audit and international tax with Ernst & Young LLP and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She continually seeks professional growth. Corinne attended executive leadership programs at Harvard University – Program on Negotiation and MIT Sloan School of Management. She also obtained her MBA in 2019. With a keen interest in governance, she completed her Chartered Director designation in 2016.
She currently serves as the Board Chair of the Jane Goodall Institute of Canada; the Past Chair of the Canadian Association Executive’s Committee; and previously served in governance roles with the Girl Guides of Canada. She has been extensively involved in industry advisory committees and national oversight roles.
Corinne was the recipient of a BIV 2020 Forty Under 40 award in recognition of her demonstrated excellence in business, judgment, leadership, and community contribution.
Corinne is an outdoor enthusiast, passionate about the conservation of wildlife, and has traveled the world to see and photograph animals in their natural habitat.
