Guy Brown, QC will act as Quickscribe’s expert legal annotator in the area of Health Law. Guy is the Chair of the firm’s Health Law Group and his practice includes both civil litigation and administrative proceedings. He has been involved in cases addressing standard of medical care, consent to treatment, limitation defenses, liability for medical products, professional regulation and discipline, hospital privileges and billing audits. Guy is the author of a number of publications and is on the editorial board of the BC Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Manual. Guy has also been invited to speak at the UBC Faculties of Medicine and Dentistry, the Canadian Medical Protective Association and Yukon Medical Association.
