As part of Harper Grey’s Diversity & Inclusion initiative, a group from the firm attended the BCLMA presentation held February 20, 2019 on “Is Your Perception My Reality? Exploring Unconscious Bias”. The presentation was led by Lisa Mattam, and explored the importance of Diversity and Inclusion and our shared accountability in advancing D&I, understanding and describing unconscious bias, developing internal awareness of how unconscious bias is created, the impact of bias within organizations and concrete opportunities to minimize bias.
