Harper Grey joins Paralympic Foundation of Canada’s Circle of Champions as Hall of Champions Donor
We are proud to announce that Harper Grey has entered into a four-year commitment with the Paralympic Foundation of Canada (PFC) as a Hall of Champions donor. PFC is a registered charitable foundation, founded in 2015 and the philanthropic arm of the Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC). Their mandate is to raise funds to support the programs and activities of the CPC.
The PFC believes that every single Canadian should be able to imagine themselves at the start line, regardless of ability and that creating more opportunities for Canadians with a disability to be active in sport can inspire a nation. We believe that too.
“Our support will help increase awareness about accessible, inclusive sport, and provide more opportunities for people with a disability to discover the benefits of sport,” says Harper Grey Managing Partner, Jonathan Meadows.
Harper Grey partner, Kim Jakeman, was recently elected to the Board of the PFC and will steer our involvement with the organization going forward. Kim has experience with organizations both inside and outside of the legal community that focus on diversity and actively work to create a genuinely inclusive culture. An accomplished athlete in her own right, Kim also has a well-earned reputation for championing and supporting women in sport. She is honored to have been elected to the PFC and looks forward to leading the firm’s involvement with the organization.
