Neil Matheson, QC was a man of principle, who led by great example.  Neil was a special lawyer and, more importantly, a special person.  As a mentor, his sage guidance was sought by many; as a lawyer, he was a gifted legal strategist and feared trial advocate; and as person, Neil was our close friend.

As an integral part of our firm for more than 50 years, Neil was instrumental in establishing Harper Grey as one of the province’s pre-eminent law firms.

We will miss Neil, but his courtroom exploits and friendship will always be remembered at Harper Grey.
