Harper Grey partners, Kimberly Jakeman and Una Radoja attended the 2019 Women in Law Conference on February 6, 2019. This full day workshop, designed to help female lawyers develop the skills and disciplines related to leadership and business development, was held at the AMA Conference Centre in San Francisco, California.

Both Kim and Una are keenly interested in the advancement of women in law, particularly issues surrounding retention and upward mobility.  This workshop aligned with that interest and the firm’s broader Diversity & Inclusion strategies and initiatives.  Kim and Una are members of our Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee, which focuses identifying, enhancing, and implementing best practices in all areas of diversity and inclusion.
