Michael Drouillard Contributes to Real Estate Agent Pre-Licensing Course Manual

The UBC Sauder School of Business commissioned Harper Grey associate, Michael Drouillard, to write part of a chapter in the real estate agent pre-licensing course manual. Michael was able to draw on his significant and diverse background in real estate (having practiced as a real estate agent) and his experience advising manufactured home park owners about various matters involving the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Act. The section authored by Michael provides practical training and advice to real estate licensees who want to broker the sale of manufactured homes. The manual forms a mandatory part of the curriculum of study realtors are required to take to become licensed to sell real estate in BC. Learn more about this course here.
