Rose Keith, QC provides comments to Global News regarding a lawsuit filed by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

Harper Grey lawyer, Rose Keith, QC, was recently interviewed by Global news regarding a lawsuit filed by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The lawsuit was filed in October 2019 against U.K. newspaper, The Mail on Sunday, and claimed that the paper committed a misuse of private information, infringement of copyright and breach of the Data Protection Act 2018 when it printed a private letter reportedly written by Meghan to her estranged father, Thomas Markle.
Rose explained that “the question in these lawsuits is whether Meghan Markle had a “reasonable expectation of privacy” when she wrote that letter to her father.”
