Harper Grey partner, Salman Bhura, was recently ranked as a Litigation Star in the area of Insolvency law by Benchmark Canada® 2019. Salman is known for his well-rounded perspective and judgment which was recognized by his clients throughout the research phase of the process, and was cheered by one client for his “incredibly strong skill set, knowledge of litigation and strategic, keen ability to solve problems.”

Salman’s litigation practice is focused on complex commercial and real estate disputes. He also practices in the area of insolvency and restructuring and regularly acts for chartered banks and trust companies. He is chair of the firm’s Insolvency & Restructuring and Real Estate Law practice groups. His clients range from individuals and small businesses to multinational corporations and large financial institutions. His focus is both on advising clients on risk management strategies and on negotiation of effective resolution to business disputes. He frequently represents clients involved in cross-border commercial disputes. He has represented clients in many mediations and has appeared before all levels of courts in British Columbia.
