Jennifer Camara is a paralegal with Harper Grey’s Wills & Estates and Business Law Groups, working primarily with William MacRae and April Wilkinson.
Jennifer joined Harper Grey in 2017 and brings to her role more than 20 years of experience in varying roles within the legal sector. She is a member of STEP Canada and was awarded full membership and the TEP designation in 2021.
She has a diverse background including in recent years working as a senior Wills & Estates paralegal supporting sophisticated estate plans, complex Trusts and Wills, specialized powers of attorney and tax-driven wealth preservation structures. Jennifer also worked at an engineering firm as the Contract Manager and sole internal legal point-of-contact and where she gained a solid foundation in many international design-related contracts. She has also spent some time as a corporate and confidentiality (NDA) paralegal for a multi-national alternative energy company.
Having begun her career in family and immigration law, she has a uniquely well-rounded legal background; however, Jennifer’s main focus today is in the areas of estate planning and administration. Jennifer stays current and keeps improving on her knowledge and skills through Continuing Legal Education, Bar Association, Law Society and other courses.
