Biography
Specializing in a wide spectrum of corporate matters, her work includes British Columbia and Federal incorporations, continuations, capital alterations, reorganizations, and due diligence reviews of corporate records. Michelle is dedicated to ensuring clients receive comprehensive support through different phases of their business.
Prior to completing her paralegal certificate at Capilano University and moving into a paralegal role, Michelle began her career at Harper Grey as a corporate services clerk.
Michelle is a member of the BC Paralegal Association.
