Tamara Rancan joined Harper Grey in 1992 and transitioned to her role as a paralegal in the Insurance Law Group in 2003.
Initially joining the firm as a legal administrative assistant in the Insurance and Health Law Groups, Tamara pursued and obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Capilano University. Upon her successful completion of the program, she moved into a paralegal role focusing on insurance litigation with an emphasis on personal injury defence, property damage and casualty claims, product liability, and occupiers’ liability.
Tamara works closely with the lawyers in the Insurance Law Group providing support in all aspects of the organization and management of files, including assisting with document production, such as gathering and reviewing documents, drafting pleadings and court applications, preparing lists of documents and liaising with clients and experts. She also has knowledge in the use of document management support systems.
She is a member of the BC Paralegal Association.
