Harper Grey lawyers Abigail Turner and Michelle Adams will co-present at the CBA Family Law – Vancouver Section Meeting being held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Clark Wilson LLP. The presentation, titled “Procedures and Practicalities of Working with Experts,” will provide an outline of the Family Rules on experts and highlight issues that arise from the implementation of the Rules in practice. It will also discuss the more practical side of working with experts including how to communicate with them, introducing expert reports at trial, and conducting cross examination of experts.
