The CLE BC Course “Health Care Costs Recovery Act” being held on February 19, 2015, will review the nature and purpose of the Act, its scope of operation the mechanics of notification, settlement issues, and professional ethical considerations.

As part of that course, Barbara Norell will be presenting “HCCRA: A View From The Defence” which will review potential obstacles to settlement, dealing with subrogated claims, what if the statute is ignored and practice tips.
