On Wednesday, March 22, 2017 Harper Grey partner, Cameron Elder, gave a repeat co-presentation of the “A Loss Prevention Case Study Workshop” with Rob McLeod, CIP, CAIB, in Victoria to the British Columbia Building Envelope Council (BCBEC). The presentation focused on the case study of a real project and considered such issues as the sources of risk and actions that could have mitigated the situation and how poor communication can lead to project disputes.
