On February 17, 2016, Harper Grey Associate, Daniel Reid, joined a CBC panel discussion regarding Apple CEO Tim Cook’s decision to fight an FBI court order over iPhone privacy. The court order stems from the recent San Bernardino terrorist attack. Daniel discusses the legal standpoint on the case, what grounds Apple has against the court order and the extent of user rights and implications on businesses as well as the FBI among other issues.
