Daniel Reid and Monique Sever to present CLE-TV program on “Social Media As Evidence”

On November 25, 2014, associate, Daniel Reid, and paralegal, Monique Sever, will be presenting CLE-TV’s “Social Media as Evidence” program. Social media is a rich source of information. Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram and other social media platforms contain photographs, communications, location information, and more. This program will interest litigators keen to know more about how social media is and can be used as evidence. Learn more about how can you find and obtain information that will aid your case, what forms of social media information are you able to use and what you need to do to ensure that information will be admitted as evidence.
The Continuing Legal Education Society of BC offers one-hour online courses with live video streaming through CLE-TV. Offered primarily at lunch time, these programs are delivered live from their CLE-TV studio.
