The Fifth Biennial National Health Law Summit, hosted by the Canadian Bar Association, will be held on May 21-22, 2015 in Banff, Alberta. The summit offers legal practitioners, industry experts and other professionals serving healthcare organizations practical advice for complex problems and explores the critical issues in health law today.

Guy Brown, QC will join the “Where Obstetrics and the Law Meet: Standard of Care & Causation” inter-disciplinary panel to offer his perspectives and share knowledge relating to, among other things, standards of care, causation, and how the right expert can be that “game changer”.
