Guy Brown, QC will present on the topic Communication and Professionalism in Health Care at the Canadian Medical Protective Association’s British Columbia Regional Conference on May 15, 2014 in Prince George.

The conference will discuss how to identify areas of risk with handovers and transfers of care, describe the impact of collegiality and professionalism on patient safety and describe strategies for managing difficult patient behaviours.
