“Anatomy of a Medical Expert: The Corpus of the Medico-Legal Matrix Unveiled” presented by the CLE (both live and by webinar) will bring together some of the most experienced counsel and physician experts to share their knowledge. Insights will also be shared by Mr. Justice Willcock from his experience as a medical defence counsel, trial judge, and Court of Appeal judge. The live presentation will be held at the Pan Pacific Hotel on Friday, May 23, 2014.
