On June 26, 2019, Joel Morris presented on Affidavits at the CLEBC “Civil Litigation Basics for Legal Support Staff” course. The course provided an introduction to the issues, processes, and procedures that all legal support staff must have a command of in order to properly handle files in the regulatory and litigation realm looking at the essentials from the perspective of what has to be done and why.
