Harper Grey partner and TAGLaw Litigation and ADR co-chair John Sullivan recently presented at the TAGLaw International Conference in Atlanta held on October 24-26.  John presented to the Litigation and ADR Group on “Enforcing Judgments Across International Borders:  US, Canada and England.”  In his presentation to this group of international lawyers John not only presented on Canadian Law, but also on the American and English law relating to the enforcement of foreign judgments.  John is one of the Litigation and ADR co-chairs for TAGLaw.
