John Sullivan recently presented on COVID-19 and the doctrine of force majeure

On May 14, 2020, Harper Grey partner, John Sullivan, presented at the TAG Alliances 2020 Spring International Virtual Conference. John’s “Unprecedented: The Use of Force Majeure Provisions in the Age of COVID-19” presentation reviewed relevant law from Canada, the United States, and England and Wales, relating to COVID-19 and the doctrine of force majeure.
John also recently authored an article titled “COVID-19 and Force Majeure: Radical Rethink Required” which addressed how force majeure is being re-evaluated in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The article was published to Harper Grey’s COVID-19 Resource Hub. Read the full article here.
