Lara Zee, partner with Harper Grey LLP, will be co-presenting a paper with Angela Westmacott, QC, of Lovett Westmacott, Victoria, at the “Self-Governing Professions 2014” CLE Conference on Friday, April 4, 2014. Lara and Angela will present a paper titled “Conflict of Interest and Bias” and will be reviewing these concepts both in terms of the obligations of the professional and consequences of breach and the obligations of the governing body in the context of regulating, investigating, and disciplining its members.
