Harper Grey lawyer, Michael Hewitt, presented at WorkSafeBC’s 4^th annual Inter-Agency Forum held on December 3, 2018. The forum, titled “The Confluence of Inter-Agency Investigations” was held at the WorkSafeBC head office in Richmond and aimed to foster strong working relationships among regulatory and law enforcement agencies. Michael spoke on the topic of best practices involving the collection, retention and disclosure of video evidence.
