Nigel Trevethan and Una Radoja to speak at the Insurance Institute of Canada’s 2016 Symposium

Harper Grey Partner, Nigel Trevethan, and Associate, Una Radoja, will be presenting at the Insurance Institute of Canada’s Inaugural 2016 Symposium on March 15, 2016. The one-day event, being held at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown, provides an opportunity for BC insurance professionals to come together with leading law firms to discuss current liability topics.
Nigel and Una will be speaking on the topic of Pollution & Environmental Liability. Nigel Trevethan will discuss the pollution exclusion while Una will review what liabilities to expect if coverage is found.
