Harper Grey lawyers Richard Bereti and Una Radoja will co-chair the CLE-TV webinar Business and Property Transactions Involving Contaminated Lands. The webinar will be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 from 9:00AM – 10:30AM and will provide a brief overview of the legal framework for determining responsibility for contaminated land and discuss the idiosyncrasies of the BC regime and recent changes. Liability for contaminated lands can be broader than you think.
